Cancellation Policy
At Exquisite Hands, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Because of this, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings.
• Cancellations for any reason will result in the loss of your deposit. No exceptions.
• No-shows or last-minute cancellations will be treated the same as a cancellation.
• Clients who cancel will no longer be eligible to book online in the future.
• Future appointments, if approved, may require full payment upfront and must be booked manually.
Please be respectful of our time and commitment, as last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients.
